電容器的補償裝置安全性不高(諧波放大),治理效果不好(過補償、欠補償),運行不穩定(強諧波環境下甚至無法投入運行),損壞率高,維護成本高,全生命周期,造成大量損耗。
針對該客戶存在問題,圣衡電力從解決客戶實際問題的角度出發,經過現場實地電能質量測試、工程技術方案確定等多方面工作,最終確定了400kVA 變壓器安裝100kvar 戶外柱上型SHSPC 裝置1 套。
經過現場測試,戶外柱上型SHSPC 裝置現場運行效果優異,起到了穩定380V 母線電壓和償系統功率因數等雙重作用。
